Quick Tasty Egg Frittata Breakfast Recipe

Short on time in the morning but still want to give your toddler a very healthy breakfast? If your answer is yes, then this Egg Frittata breakfast recipe may be just what you’re looking for. This particular recipe is tasty, nutritious and so easy to make.
This breakfast is packed with loads of vitamins and nutrients from the vegetables and protein from the eggs. Ingredients:
1. 2 tablespoons of any oil of your choice
2. ½ liter of your preferred milk
3. 4 large eggs
4. Grated cheese
5. 1 cup of frozen/fresh peas
6. 1 cup of red, yellow, and green bell pepper (chopped)
7. 50 grams of broccoli
8. 1 handful of cherry tomatoes

Preparation:
1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
2. Break the four eggs into a medium-sized bowl and whisk it till smooth
3. Add your milk, cheese, chopped vegetables, pinch of salt, and whisk it again till all
ingredients are well mixed.
4. Oil the insides of the deep oven dish you want to use
5. Pour your mix into the oven dish and bake for 20 minutes until the frittata is
brown
6. Allow it to cool and cut it into the desired shape
