Ingredients
- 1 Medium Butternut Squash
- 250g Irish Potatoes
- 250 Diced Beef
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Crushed Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Crushed Ginger
Method
- Wash and peel potatoes, butternut squash, cut into desired sizes and set aside.
- In a deep pot, add the potatoes, squash, beef, garlic, ginger and boil on low-heat for 20mins or more (till beef is tender)
- Add all into a food processor and puree till smooth. -Serve warm, can be frozen.
